Jen Randall is an award-winning director and editor who makes documentaries designed to move audiences and challenge perspectives.

For over a decade, she has carved out a reputation as a leading creative force in the adventure documentary space, using extreme sports as a raw canvas to explore identity, resilience, and what it actually means to be human. Her films have earned international cinema distribution, taken home major prizes at prominent festivals, and been acquired for global broadcast—making her a highly sought-after collaborator for sweeping personal narratives and projects that champion marginalized voices.

As a co-founder of Halcyon Post, Jen balances independent directing with post-production for major creative partners. Whether she’s elbows deep in a commercial or a gritty long-form doc, her work is defined by authenticity, structural precision, and a mandatory, quiet sense of fun.

Based in the mountains of Squamish, British Columbia, Jen is legally obligated to spend her free time climbing and skiing with a stills camera in hand. When no one is looking, she can be found learning how to garden or taking exceptionally slow walks with her elderly rescue dog, Crux.
